Clubhouse Manager has been given the authority to close the Clubhouse earlier than the above times if the Clubhouse is empty at that time.

Dining Room bookings should be made 24 hrs in advance with the Catering Manager. ALL private functions must be approved by the Management Committee in advance (normally 14 days).
